Why are so many things hard to understand? is it becuase our rules and theorys and are wrong? Do somethings not seem to make sence because we have misunderstood things we see? If I’m right, does it mean our theorys are always changing?

Does your thesis for your PhD have to be entirely original? I would like to get a PhD in Chemistry myself but I do not know whether the research and ideas your PhD is based off of has to be entirely original.
